Shireen Rahimi
Shireen Rahimi discovered dance by herself and developed her own relationship with it when she was introduced to the hip-hop scene in the Bay Area. After joining various West Coast dance crews, she moved to New York, where she became inspired by the fashion world and Vogue, and developed her own unique style.
Hushidar Mortezaie
Hushidar Mortezaie lives in the Bay Area and Los Angeles. His work spans textile, packaging, graphic design, painting and fashion. As a fashion designer and visual artist, Mortezaie combines these varied mediums into installation-like tableaus that create a political pop-art world of satire and artifice. His work attempts to create a new visual language through graphic design, fashion and fine art to inspire a new generation of Iranian American immigrants to take pride in their culture.
