The fourth annual College of Liberal & Creative Arts Undergraduate Research Showcase is now online, featuring more than 70 original works including papers, essays, designs, comics, visual art, music and more.

View the showcase on the College of Liberal & Creative Arts website.

As always, the showcase features work that reflects the diversity of disciplines with the College of Liberal & Creative Arts, ranging from the humanities to the social sciences to the creative arts. This year’s showcase stands out, in that it takes place at this historical moment, defined by the novel coronavirus pandemic.

A number of projects in the showcase reflect student experiences during the pandemic. In the Advanced Comic Making course, for example, senior Carmen Liu designed a mini-zine demonstrating the proper way to wash hands. Journalism students MaryJane Johnson, David Sjostedt and Ryce Stoughtenborough, as well as the Photojournalism III course, contributed their coverage of life for college students and others in California during the crisis.
